All orders are thoroughly checked at every stage of the dispatch process. In the Covid-19 scenario, proper sanitization, minimal human intervention and social distancing norms are adopted in the dispatch and delivery of products. In case you receive a product different from the one ordered or short delivery of items, you are eligible to raise a Return Request. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it and also be in the original packaging.
Returns other than due to defective delivery are at the sole discretion of BBQINDIA and may attract a Penal Fee along with return shipping cost.
